Tin on Tin Shaker, Japanese Jigger, Ice Tongs, Fine Strainer, hawthorne Strainer, Bar Spoon, Bottle Pourers.
Combine ingredients: Pour the Mandarine Napoleon, Bowmore 12, lemon juice, simple syrup, Angostura bitters, and egg white into a cocktail shaker. Dry shake: Shake the mixture vigorously without ice to emulsify the egg white and create a rich, frothy texture. Shake again: Add ice. Fill the shaker with ice cubes. Shake vigorously until the shaker feels icy cold, ensuring the ingredients are well mixed and chilled. TIP: Seal the shaker with a firm hit on the top. Shake for 10-12 seconds to achieve a perfect mix, chill, and dilution of the ingredients. Tap the opening of the tin on the side to break the seal.
Strain: Fine strain the mixture into an ice-filled tumbler glass, ensuring a smooth and frothy pour. Float the wine: Using a bar spoon, gently drizzle the red wine around the surface of the drink, allowing it to float gracefully.
